Fraud Alert: Phishing Calls & Fake Website Links

We’ve received multiple reports from members—and even a non-member—about suspicious calls claiming there is a large charge on their Accentra debit card. These scammers are attempting to trick people into clicking on a fraudulent link that appears to look like the Accentra Credit Union website.

Please remember:
Accentra Credit Union will never ask you to click a link to verify sensitive information like your debit card number or login credentials.

If you receive one of these calls or messages:

• Do not click the link.

• Do not provide any personal or account information.

• Hang up and call us directly at 800-533-0448.

Your security is our top priority. Stay alert and always verify suspicious communication before taking action.
