We’ve been notified that scammers are once again spoofing Accentra Credit Union’s phone number and calling members pretending to be us.

If you receive a call that seems suspicious — even if the caller ID shows our name or number — please hang up immediately.

Accentra will never ask for your full card number, PIN, online banking password, authentication codes, or Social Security number over the phone.
